Itinerary
Day 1: Departure from Nairobi to Amboseli National Park and Cultural Experience
Your Amboseli safari adventure begins with an early morning pick-up at your hotel, home for private safaris or city center in Nairobi for group safaris. After a warm meet and greet with your safari guide, enjoy a short briefing about your upcoming Kenya wildlife tour. Journey through the scenic Nairobi-Mombasa highway with a brief stopover at Emali town, before continuing to Amboseli. Visit an authentic Maasai village, where you will experience traditional dances, customs, and interact with the rich Maasai culture. Later, check into your safari lodge, enjoy lunch, and relax before heading out for an exciting afternoon game drive. Spot the Big 5 and the majestic elephants, lions, giraffes, and other wildlife roaming beneath the iconic backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro. Return to your camp for dinner and overnight, or opt for a thrilling night game drive (on request).
Day 2: Early Morning Game Drive and Departure to Nairobi
Begin your day with an early morning game drive or optional hot air balloon safari (available on request) to watch the sunrise over Mount Kilimanjaro and spot Amboseli’s abundant wildlife. Enjoy birdwatching around the swamps before returning for breakfast. After check-out, embark on your journey back to Nairobi, arriving by afternoon. You’ll be dropped off at your hotel or home (for private safaris) or city center (for group tours), marking the end of your unforgettable Amboseli safari experience.
