Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival, Meet, and Greet, Nairobi to Amboseli National Park

You Kenya safari adventure begins in Nairobi with a warm meet and greet by Teez Tours team upon arrival at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA). After a short safari briefing, you will depart with your professional Teez Safaris driver-guide for the scenic drive to Amboseli National Park, one of the most famous wildlife parks in Kenya. Arrive at your lodge in time for lunch and relaxation, soaking in the beautiful surroundings with spectacular views of Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest peak. Later in the afternoon, enjoy your first Amboseli game drive, where the park’s iconic large elephant herds, lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, and buffalo roam across the open plains with Kilimanjaro forming a dramatic backdrop. You may also opt for an optional Maasai village cultural visit to experience the rich traditions and lifestyle of the Maasai people (optional, at an additional cost). Return to the lodge in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay.

 Day 2: Amboseli National Park to Lake Naivasha

Start the day with an early breakfast before checking out and departing Amboseli with a short en-route morning game drive. Journey north towards the Great Rift Valley, arriving at Lake Naivasha, one of Kenya’s most beautiful freshwater lakes surrounded by lush landscapes and abundant birdlife. Upon arrival, check in your lodge and enjoy a relaxing lunch while overlooking the scenic lake environment. In the afternoon, you may enjoy an optional Lake Naivasha boat safari, a popular activity where visitors encounter hippos, fish eagles, and diverse bird species. Another fantastic option is a guided walking safari at Crescent Island, where you can walk among giraffes, zebras, antelopes, and gazelles in a unique wildlife sanctuary (optional activities at extra cost). Return to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay in Naivasha.

Day 3: Lake Naivasha to Lake Nakuru National Park

After breakfast at your Naivasha lodge, check out and proceed to Lake Nakuru National Park, one of Kenya’s most celebrated wildlife sanctuaries. Arrive at your lodge, check in and enjoy lunch with views of the Rift Valley escarpment. Later in the afternoon, embark on an exciting Lake Nakuru safari game drive. The park is internationally renowned for its pink flamingo populations, though numbers vary seasonally. It is also a key rhino sanctuary in Kenya, hosting both black rhinos and white rhinos. Other wildlife frequently spotted during the game drive include lions, Rothschild giraffes, buffalo, leopards, zebras, and waterbucks. Enjoy the spectacular scenery of Lake Nakuru’s alkaline lake and acacia forests before returning to the lodge. Dinner and overnight stay in Lake Nakuru National Park.

Day 4: Lake Nakuru to Ol Pejeta Conservancy Safari

After an early breakfast, depart for Ol Pejeta Conservancy, one of the leading wildlife conservation destinations in Kenya located in the foothills of Mount Kenya. Upon arrival, check into your lodge and enjoy lunch before relaxing briefly. In the afternoon, set out for an exciting Ol Pejeta game drive led by your experienced Teez Tours driver-guide. The conservancy is famous for its Big Five wildlife sightings, including lions, elephants, rhinos, buffalo, and leopards. Ol Pejeta is also home to the last two northern white rhinos in the world, protected within a specialized sanctuary. You may also visit the Chimpanzee Sanctuary, the only place in Kenya where rescued chimpanzees are protected. Return to the lodge in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay at the Serena Sweetwaters Camp, one of the most iconic safari camps in the region.

Day 5: Ol Pejeta – Return to Nairobi for Homebound Flight Enjoy a relaxed breakfast at the camp while soaking in the beautiful views of the conservancy. After breakfast, check out and begin your return journey to Nairobi with your Teez Tours driver-guide, reflecting on the incredible wildlife experiences of your Kenya safari adventure. Arrive in Nairobi in time for your onward travel arrangements. The Teez Tours Team will drop you off at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) for your departure flight.
